This is my first time doing this! Thank you Mann Land 5! So here is my first try at Getting to Know you! I can't wait to head over and visit the other bloggers participating!
The questions...
1. Do you have a fetish? I collect journals--I love them. Half of them are in boxes, blank. Some are full. Some are half full & half empty.
2. Do you sing in the shower? Nope--does that make me boring? Usually, I'm just trying to get in there & out of there as fast as I can because my toddler hates for me to shower.
3. Who was your first crush? Three letters ladies, J.T.T--that's right, Jonathan Taylor Thomas. I'm sure I liked boys before this, but JTT was the one that was the worst. His poster literally was tacked onto the ceiling above my bed & then I had JTT "wallpaper" made out of posters from teenie magazines!
4. What do you think is the best manly trait a guy could have? Gosh--let me just post a pic of my husband! Does that count?! No? Okay-- I love it when Todd does something outdoorsy (yes I made up that word) that I had no idea he could do. Like when we are out camping & he gets all Macgyver-esk.
5. Do you sleep naked? Hahaha, I'm busting out in embarrassed giggles-- No I don't actually. I have two t-shirts that I love to sleep in & a few night gowns, but let me tell you something. I'm a princess & the pea, a diva, a prima donna if you will when it comes to sleeping. Meaning, I have to be absolutely, 100% comfortable otherwise I can't sleep, so I aim for comfort & sleeping naked is not comfy to me. In fact, I hate sleeping that way.
6. What do you do when (you think) no one is looking? Oh the usual...pick my nose, pick wedgies... :)
7. What's the first thing you do when you go online? I pull up three web pages at the same time: msn.com, gmail, & my blog.
8. Summer is.....? An American's favorite past time to reminisce over. Summer is "The Sandlot." Summer is listening to the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band's "Fishin' in the Dark" (I'm half-redneck) on the back of a pick-up truck, drinkin' cokes & watchin' the fire flies dance. Summer is walking up the street to the neighborhood pool with my brothers & sisters. Summer is life guarding. Summer is creating happy memories at my grandparents' farm in the fields with my cousin, Kelley, with her binoculars & pocket knives, discovering new worlds in 400 acres of adventure. Summer is creating new memories with Lboy.
Summer is.....the best!

Summer is ALMOST HERE! We've had a gorgeous few days in Boston but allergies are sucking the life out of me. :(

following from GTKY. I too love journals. I write in them for about a month and then get bored with it. so i have a dozen or so around the house that have about 12-20 pages written in.

It was finally "hot" here today. We were in the mid to high 80's today. I grew up in FL so I think people are absurd when they think that is blistering hot. New Englanders loves to complain about the weather. Too cold, too hot, too rainy...the weather and unhappiness with it is almost a guaranteed topic with one person you speak to out of your day.
